1. Administration of website
StartPageIndia.com is developed, maintained and administrated by Dakshin Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Dakshin Solutions reserves all rights on StartPageIndia.com.
2. Terms of payment
Unless specified, all accepted orders would strictly be under payment in advance. In case of international advertisers all payments would be in US $ equivalent to INR, made through bank transfers on finalization of the order.
Dakshin Solutions reserves the right to suspend insertions as per the order in the event of advertiser failing to make timely payment. All payments overdue for 21 days and above would attract interest at the rate of 2% per month
3. Positioning
Except as otherwise explicitly mentioned in the order, positioning of advertisements within the StartPageIndia.com would strichtly follow the model as explained above.
4. Renewal
Except otherwise mentioned in the order, any renewal of additional advertising shall be at the sole discretion of Dakshin Solutions. Renewal should be done before 15 days in advance. Pricing for any renewal period is subject to change by Dakshin Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from time to time.
5. Indemnification
Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser has the right to publish the contents of the advertisement without infringing the rights of any third part and without violating any law. Advertiser agrees, at his own expense, to indemnify and defend Dakshin Solutions, and its employees against all expenses or losses that may occur in connection with any claims or criminal investigations arising out of advertisements, including any claim of trademark or copyright infringement, defamation, breach of confidentiality, privacy violation, false or deceptive advertising or sales practices.
6. Right to reject advertisement
All contents of advertisements are subject to the approval of Dakshin Solutions. Dakshin Solutions reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, URL link, or any other commitment, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, including belief by Dakshin Solutions, that placement of such advertisement may subject Dakshin Solutions, to criminal or civil liability.
7. Cancellations
The order cannot be cancelled by the advertiser except as otherwise provided in the order. In case of postponement of on-going campaigns, specific request should come in writing from the client with a notice of 7 clear working days.
8. Property rights
Unless mentioned and provisioned for separately in order, all advertisement content developed for the advertiser by Dakshin Solutions are sole properties of Dakshin Solutions, and the advertiser has no right to such information.
